Alternates

If the event you wish to play in is full, you may add your name to the alternate list by clicking below. Please include:

  1. Your Name
  2. The Event you wish to add

You will be contacted 3 – 5 days prior to the event by e-mail if space becomes available.  By adding your name to the alternate list you are committing to playing in the event. Therefore, the same no-show and cancellation rules apply.

Schedule Changes

If you wish to make a schedule change into an event that is still available, please include the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. The Event you wish add
  3. The Event you wish to drop

You can then check the confirmation page within a few days to verify the change.

If you wish to make a schedule change into an event that is not available, please include the following the same information:

  1. Your Name
  2. The Event you wish add
  3. The Event you wish to drop
